Just added Part 1 for Chapter 4 of Maria-sama ga Miteru Volume 12.
Only had a page and a bit left to finish part one, so I quickly knocked that out to get Part I out to you guys.

I'll likely wait until I have the full chapter before posting it over to Baka-Tsuki.
Also just a note, but there's probably not going to be much happening here for a few days after this, since I need to get the 2nd quarter taxes done and filed.
The next update will likely be Chapter 30 for VRMMO Summoner Hajimemashite.
